K-Zoners, read this, quick! If you see your name on this list, do the following:
1. Call us at 451-8888 loc. 1072 to find out if your prize is here. Very important!
2. If your prize is available, photocopy your school ID
3. Visit us (don't forget to bring your photocopied ID) from Monday to Friday, 1-5 pm.
4. We're located on the 7th floor of Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex, Pioneer St. Corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
5. If you're sending someone over to claim your prize, make sure they have a photocopy of your school ID, your authorization letter, and a photocopy of their ID.
6. Deadline for claiming of prizes is October 31, 2008.
7. If you don't claim your prize on or before the deadline, it's forfeited.
