Are you sure 650w (modular, I believe?) is enough to power-up your system? 8GB DDR3 RAM, 8 Cores, LED's, Etc. etc.


Anyways, it's still an insult to have so much storage space and have less than 1TB of data stored.

Yes and the fact that is is a branded PSU.

Nah, I'll just hook it up to my second computer, the old PSU powering it is dying (you know, the burning smell kind of thing). Will need to go to Gilmore tomorrow and ask my uncle if hes got any 800 Watt plus (to be on the safe side) branded PSUs.

There is a difference where if you use a non-modular PSU, all the pins MUST be connected while modulars give you the advantage of "hot-swapping" your drives.

Oh, so that is what you call the PSUs that can allow hot-swapping. I always call them.. PSU.
